Sales and Aftersales Supervisor
Job Description
Generates sales strategies by providing technical advice and elaborating technical designs and solutions according to requirements and standards, to meet customer’s expectations.
Develops and maintains customer relationships.
Monitoring negotiations (in terms of product specifications and functionalities, quantities, pricing, other commercial conditions) and contract closing.
Monitoring end to end customer’s order, including after sales (complains and feedbacks).
Supervise the identification of customer’s complaints and problems by coordinating with other departments and communicate effectively to find the best solution.
Ensure staffs accurately and timely response to all customers at all time.
Schedule visits to customer to gather further information regarding complaints and problems.
Proactively follow up feedbacks from customers.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably has 2-3 years of experience
Have experience in Sales Department and know sales strategies is a plus point
Excellent in reading and understanding technical drawing
Strong understanding in CNC machining process
Understands Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Strong customer-relation building, communication, and negotiation skills
Excellent leadership skills & strategic thinking
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English professionally (written and verbal)
Strategic mindset & structured approach of tasks
Cooperative working attitude but with strong target orientation
Domiciled in Bandung or ready to work in Bandung
