Sales and Aftersales Supervisor

Job Description

  • Generates sales strategies by providing technical advice and elaborating technical designs and solutions according to requirements and standards, to meet customer’s expectations.

  • Develops and maintains customer relationships.

  • Monitoring negotiations (in terms of product specifications and functionalities, quantities, pricing, other commercial conditions) and contract closing.

  • Monitoring end to end customer’s order, including after sales (complains and feedbacks).

  • Supervise the identification of customer’s complaints and problems by coordinating with other departments and communicate effectively to find the best solution.

  • Ensure staffs accurately and timely response to all customers at all time.

  • Schedule visits to customer to gather further information regarding complaints and problems.

  • Proactively follow up feedbacks from customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably has 2-3 years of experience

  • Have experience in Sales Department and know sales strategies is a plus point

  • Excellent in reading and understanding technical drawing

  • Strong understanding in CNC machining process

  • Understands Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

  • Strong customer-relation building, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent leadership skills & strategic thinking

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English professionally (written and verbal)

  • Strategic mindset & structured approach of tasks

  • Cooperative working attitude but with strong target orientation

  • Domiciled in Bandung or ready to work in Bandung
